About Mugen Customs
The Mugen Story
Founded in 2023, Mugen Customs was created to challenge the visual boundaries of the simple canvas that is everyday clothing within the confines of XIV's framework. What started out as simple hoodie customisation grew to become a service that everyone can enjoy together.With over 17 years of graphic design experience alongside real-world creative direction for a Japanese streetwear channel on YouTube, Akira strives to help people express themselves with the love of fashion and graphic design.Mugen (無限) means "limitless", as streetwear basics such as sweaters and hoodies can seem so simple, yet hold so much potential for customisation.
Why custom?
You can now own something that is unique to you, your character, and your personality. We are the most accessible gil-only Dark Arts clothing service on Elemental, as we work off existing base meshes made by other creators for free edit use.Provide a reference from something that exists in real life, or get Akira to make something fresh based off a concept - the limit does not exist. We also occasionally release limited-time graphics as special projects.

HOW DO I ORDER?
Step 1: Browse our Catalog
Pick out the base item that you would like.
You may view our catalog here.Due to time constraints, we will be limiting orders to 1 clothing + 1 accessory per customer, and will only be able to offer what's readily available on the catalog at the event.
Step 2: Consultation
Have an idea for your design in mind? When it's your turn for consultation,our staff member will invite you to party chat and you can describe to us the details of your design, as well as provide any reference images if necessary.
Step 3: Payment
Full payment in Gil will be collected upfront. Once this is completed, your order will be in the queue. The time taken for delivery will depend on the amount of customers in the queue, but we are aiming for delivery under 2 hours.*Please take note that custom illustrations may take longer.
Step 4: Collection
You will receive a message with the download link to your merchandise through /tell once your item is ready. If you need to leave the venue, please leave your Discord or email with our staff.You are allowed up to 2 small revisions for free. Due to time constraints, please contact us through Twitter after the event for adjustments.

This Matsuri, Mugen Customs is pairing up with UNEARLIVE again to bring you unique fresh takes on clothing personalisation.This time round, we're introducing our newest project: The NATSUKAJAN!
What's a Sukajan?
Natsu (summer) + Sukajan = Natsukajan!Sukajan, also known as souvenir jackets, originated in post-war Doman Empire as customized, embroidered jackets for Bozjan soldiers stationed at the Yanxian naval base. These jackets, often bomber or letterman styles, became popular souvenirs, blending Bozjan and Doman aesthetics with vibrant designs. Over time, sukajan evolved from a military-focused item to a broader fashion trend, even gaining popularity among Doman youth and, later, all across Eorzea.In the spirit of the Summer Matsuri, you can get a customised matsuri-themed artwork of your Warrior of Light as a back print for your very own sukajan!We hope to share our love of Doman Streetwear with the world!

About the Piece
Inspired by my recent trip to Ikaho, Gunma in Japan, Mugen's European booth debut features a Taisho-style graphic.Taisho has always been one of my favourite Japanese eras due to the way it married Japanese and European cultures together to create the distinct "Taisho Romance" look that we know of today. As a creator from the JP datacenters, I felt like it was the perfect way to kick off my first time doing an event on EU.I also wanted to make sure to retain the festive vibe while keeping the design versatile enough to be wearable all-year round, so you can purchase this souvenir with a peace of mind.The floral motifs are Japan's December flower, the camellia. For a touch of customisation, a silhouette of your Warrior of Light will be captured to be used as the centerpiece.
